Return & Refund Policy

At Apayado, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us and we will help review the case.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products returned without approval

  • Clearance or final-sale items, where stated

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to complete the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Apayado.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@apayado.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details.
